Cancellation Policy

At Riseup Asia LLC, we strive to provide exceptional digital solutions tailored to your needs, including staff augmentation, SEO services, website design & development, and more. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and you may need to cancel a project or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and conditions under which cancellations can be made.

1. General Guidelines

  • This policy applies to all services offered by Riseup Asia LLC unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your account manager or to [Insert Official Email Address].

The date of receipt of your written request will be considered the cancellation date.

2. Cancellation for Ongoing Services

For monthly subscription-based services such as SEO, digital marketing, and ongoing maintenance:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the billing cycle has started, the service will continue until the end of the paid term, and no partial refunds will be provided.
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled before the cancellation is finalized.

3. Cancellation for Project-Based Services

For one-time or fixed-scope projects such as website development, app development, or software projects:

  • If the project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
  • If the project is canceled after work has commenced but before 50% completion, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • If the project is 50% or more complete, the full project fee will be due, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be handed over upon payment settlement.

4. Cancellation for Staff Augmentation Services

  • For contracted resources or team members, a minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel the agreement unless otherwise stated in the contract.

If cancellation occurs without the required notice period, you will be billed for the remaining contractual period.

5. Special & Promotional Offers

Services purchased under discounts, promotions, or bundled packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Riseup Asia LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following conditions:
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual agreements.
  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the allowed period.
  • Use of our services for illegal, unethical, or prohibited purposes.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and outstanding dues must be paid immediately.
