We gather the business and technical requirements, then turn them into a written scope and Figma wireframe so everyone sees the same product before estimation begins.
Specialists evaluate scope, risk, time and cost. For fixed work, we agree the estimate, milestone plan and payment schedule before delivery starts.
The team works in visible milestones. UX, UI and engineering outputs are checked by the specialist responsible for the next stage before handoff.
QA, accessibility, security, performance and release checks must pass before deployment. Each milestone is reviewed before its payment is released.
