Riseup Asia LLC ("Riseup Asia", "we", "us") connects product companies with pre-vetted engineering talent from South Asia. Specific engagements — scope, rates, duration, replacement terms — are governed by the individual agreement signed between Riseup Asia and each client. These website terms apply to your use of riseup-asia.com.
Using this website
You may browse this site and contact us through it for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use its content to compete with Riseup Asia.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep information on this site accurate, including statistics about our vetting process and talent network. Content marked as a preview or demonstration is illustrative and will be replaced with verified client outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Riseup Asia name, logo, and all site content are the property of Riseup Asia LLC or our licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.
No poaching
Engineers engaged through Riseup Asia remain under agreement with us. Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or engage an introduced engineer outside of a Riseup Asia agreement, except as provided in their signed client agreement.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riseup Asia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement.
Governing law
